  • 500g of pasta
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 200g of cheese (Eidam, Gouda, Emmental,…)
  • 80-100g of ham
  • 1 spring onion
  • 25g Parmesan
  • A handful of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and ground pepper


  • First, boil the pasta in salted water. Cook them al dente, ie. to bite. Drain and let drain.
  • Bring the cream to a boil in a pan or pot, add the grated cheese and let it melt. This will create a cheese sauce.
  • Finely chop the ham and onion and then add to the sauce. Stir.
  • Finally, add the cooked pasta to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a baking dish or baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan on top.
  • Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.

  • Cut the broccoli into florets and put in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  • Then cut the cooked broccoli into smaller pieces and mix with the cooked and drained pasta.
  • Also mix half of the mozzarella into the mixture.
  • Mix in a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the mixture evenly in it.
  • Beat the eggs, mix with the other half of the mozzarella, with cream and pour over the pasta in the baking dish.
  • Bake at 180°C until golden.
  • Serve immediately after baking.

  • First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in salted water.
  • Fry finely chopped onion and sausage in olive oil until golden.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with fried onions and smoked meat.
  • Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with a pinch of rosemary.
  • Mix the eggs with the milk.

  • First, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and in salted water.
  • Fry the finely chopped onion, pressed garlic and chopped chicken in the heated oil.
