Method

  • First, boil the pasta in salted water. Cook them al dente, ie. to bite. Drain and let drain.
  • Bring the cream to a boil in a pan or pot, add the grated cheese and let it melt. This will create a cheese sauce.
  • Finely chop the ham and onion and then add to the sauce. Stir.
  • Finally, add the cooked pasta to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
