Baked zucchini can be prepared in many different ways. In the form of slices, boats and cake. This inconspicuous vegetable is also very healthy, so it is worth including it in the menu not only in this form, but also as a spread or soup.

Similar to cucumbers, courgettes also contain a large amount of water, thanks to which they help cleanse our body of various harmful substances. Zucchini is also rich in various vitamins, such as vitamin A, B or C, and minerals, especially potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Do you want to indulge in zucchini even out of season? No problem, because it can be stored very easily in the cellar or by freezing. Last but not least, zucchini can also be canned, just like cucumbers.
