Create your own Artisan style Focaccia right from home using Do You Bake? Slice of Heaven 'Za Mix. Serve warm or at room temperature. Perfect as an appetizer or a side to any Italian inspired meal.

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 25 minutes



  1. Prepare Dough per box directions of Slice of Heaven 'Za Mix
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  3. Cut dough in half, save 1/2 for later
  4. Lightly grease bottom of a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (approx 13 x 9 inches)
  5. Roll out dough and press to edges of pan
  6. Using a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons of your Slice of Heaven 'Za Perfect Sauce Mix (included in box)
  7. Brush top of Focaccia with your herb and olive oil mixture.
  8. Lightly brush balsamic vinegar on top
  9. Using your fingers or the bottom end of a wooden spoon, punch dimples about halfway inot the dough
  10. Bake in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes, until golden brown
If you have left over olive oil / herb mix, save for letter for extra YUMMY dipping!
