What meat is best for minute preparation?
Simply put, it’s probably sirloin . The meat from it is tender and tasty, despite the fact that it comes from the muscle area. If you cut it into really thin steaks, you can prepare it very quickly, in about 4 minutes. If you bake minute meat for a long time, it may harden and you will not enjoy it much.
