  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 60 ml of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method

  • Cut the meat into strips, finely chop the onion and garlic, and slice the mushrooms.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan, then add the meat and fry for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the browned meat from the pan, cover and set aside.
  • Add the butter, onion and mushrooms to the pan and fry for about 8 minutes until the mushrooms release their water.
  • Add the garlic and let it become fragrant.
  • Dust with flour and fry for about a minute, stirring constantly.
  • Pour broth over the mixture, rinse well from the bottom, add whipping cream and simmer for a few minutes.

  • Stir and slowly bring to a boil.

Gypsy-style beef noodles

A great combination of vegetable sauce and tender meat. It is an absolute delicacy with homemade dumpling.

Ingredients

  • 380 g of beef leg
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1.5 spoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  • Clean the meat and pepper and cut into slices.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan, add the meat and paprika and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the canned tomatoes, stir, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and carefully mix in the sour cream one spoon at a time.

Ingredients

  • 200 g beef tenderloin
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cube of beef stock or 100 ml of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 balls of allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 spoons of curry
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 5 balls of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 1 dried tejo chili pepper
  • ½ spoon of sugar

Method

  • Melt a spoonful of butter in a large pan, quickly fry the meat cut into strips.
  • When the meat is browned, remove it (including the juice) from the pan and set it aside.

  • Finely grind all the spices except the bay leaf and chili pepper in a mortar.

  • Add canned tomatoes, sugar and bring to a boil.
  • Return the meat to the pan and cover with broth, or Broth dissolved in hot water.
  • Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Then stir in the yogurt, dust with flour, mix and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt, add sugar or lemon juice if needed.
  • Serve the beef noodles prepared in this way with rice or Indian pancakes.
