Beef slices on mushrooms with cream
Beef tenderloin, roast beef, thigh and shoulder can be used for preparation. Do not cut the slices too thick, as the thicker the slice, the longer the cooking time will be.
Ingredients
- 800 g of beef
- 250 g of wild mushrooms or champignons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tbsp dried garlic
- plain flour for thickening
- rosemary
- olive oil
- salt pepper
- herbs for decoration (thyme, chives, parsley)
Method
- Season the thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper, tapping lightly if necessary.
- Fry the beef slices in a pan with butter and rosemary.
- Then remove the meat from the pan and wrap it in foil.
- Add olive oil to the pan and lightly fry the pressed garlic cloves in it.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté until the mushrooms are soft.
- Pour the whipping cream into the pan, add the spices and cook until the sauce starts to thicken.
- If necessary, add a little plain flour.
- Add the meat slices to the sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is soft.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
Beef on mushrooms with cream sauce tastes great with baked potatoes or fries.

Roasted beef on mushrooms
Don’t know whether to choose a high or low trellis? Both are possible! But low roast is leaner and also has a slightly milder taste.
Ingredients
- 700 g of roast beef
- 200 g of wild mushrooms or champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of broth
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt pepper
Method
- Cut the roast into slices, pound and season with salt and pepper.
- Then fry the slices dusted with flour on both sides in a pan with a little oil.
- Remove the meat from the pan, set it aside and let the sliced onion and pressed garlic vitrify in the remaining oil.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Add the butter and sprinkle in the flour, stirring constantly.
- Then add the broth to the mixture and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the grilled slices to the sauce, cook gently and season with salt and pepper.
Roasted beef on mushrooms is most often served with mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Beef leg with mushrooms and wine

- 800 g of roast beef
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine (such as Merlot)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of broth
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- thyme
- salt pepper
Method
- Heat a tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of butter in a pan.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Then add the finely chopped onion and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Then remove the mixture from the pan onto a plate.
- Melt the other half of the butter and oil in a pan and add the pounded, salted and peppered slices of beef leg.
- Sauté the meat for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Then remove the slices from the pan and set them aside for the mushrooms.
- Pour the wine into the pan and cook until it is reduced by half.
- Add the stock and cook together for about a minute.
- Add the slices of meat with mushrooms to the mixture and simmer gently.
- Add the cream and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
This dish tastes great especially with mashed potatoes.

Beef cubes with mushrooms and rice
The combination of Worcestershire and soy sauce gives this recipe a very original taste. Aren’t you afraid to experiment? Add a teaspoon of mustard too!
Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 200 g of wild mushrooms or champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 cups of broth
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
- olive oil
- salt pepper
- fresh parsley
Method
- Heat the oil in a pot or deep pan and fry the beef cut into pieces, salted and peppered.
- Remove the meat from the pot, melt the butter in it and sauté the finely chopped onion and sliced mushrooms on it.
- When the mushrooms are soft, sprinkle the mixture with dried garlic, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Then lightly dust everything with flour and cook for about a minute, stirring constantly.
- Slowly pour the stock into the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in the desired amount of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle the pieces of beef and cook until soft, stirring occasionally.
- Serve sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve this dish with rice, preferably basmati or jasmine rice, or with mashed potatoes.

Stewed beef with mushrooms and parmesan
You can add an unusual taste to the sauce with parmesan. Before buying ready-made grated parmesan cheese, give preference to the one you prepare yourself on a coarse grater.
Ingredients
- 700 g of beef
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1/4 cup white wine (such as Sauvignon)
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- thyme
- salt pepper
Method
- Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the beef cut into pieces.
- Add sliced mushrooms and simmer everything for 5 minutes.
- Then add crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
- Carefully pour in the wine and cook, stirring constantly, until most of it has evaporated.
- Add stock and cook until meat is tender, adding more stock if necessary.
- Add cream and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
- Reduce the heat and cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Add thyme and, if desired, salt and pepper.
You can serve this dish with rice, mashed potatoes and pasta.

Beef on mushrooms with mustard
Do you want to make meat preparation easier? Bake it in the oven!
Ingredients
- 700 g of beef
- 350 g of wild mushrooms
- 1 cup broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- rosemary
- sweet pepper
- salt pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Salt, pepper and rub the sliced beef with a mixture of pressed garlic and crushed rosemary.
- Fry the slices in a pan with oil for 3 minutes on each side.
- Then transfer the meat to the roasting pan, add the stock, place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes, depending on the type of beef and the height of the slice.
- Remove the meat from the oven, cover the slices with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped shallots and mushrooms seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for approximately 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms begin to soften.
- Remove the mixture from the pan, add the wine and let it deglaze.
- Then add the cream and mustard and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, then season it with spices and add mushrooms and slices of meat.
Serve the oven-roasted beef with mushrooms topped with sauce with American potatoes, or garnished with fresh herbs.
