Blueberries as one of the healthiest fruits

Blueberries can be found in almost every forest. It is definitely worth picking at least a handful when visiting the forest. Not only will you enjoy it, but you will also benefit your health.

They contain a large amount of antioxidants that trap free radicals in your body and thus slow down the aging of your brain cells. You will also prevent their degenerative disease.

Most antioxidants are found in the peel. The fruit itself also contains a lot of vitamin C and iron. Eating them will strengthen your immune system. For example, you prevent flu, angina and thereby regulate high blood pressure.

In addition to carrots, blueberries also support proper vision function. They regenerate the retina and improve adaptation to bright light. In addition, by consuming these purple fruits, you prevent night blindness or at least significantly reduce it.

It is also worth mentioning that they will help you with diarrhea and constipation. It is better to consume them dried in case of diarrhea and fresh in case of constipation. Any processing of blueberries is beneficial for our organism – drying, freezing, canning, baking or juicing.

Try processing them, for example, into a delicious blueberry smoothie according to our recipes.
