Preparation process:

  • First of all, preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  • Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and salt in a bowl.

You will need:


  • 300 grams of semi-coarse flour
  • 125 grams of cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 egg


  • 200 grams of soft cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of cane sugar
  • 500 grams of fresh blueberries

Preparation process:

  • First start preparing the dough.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the dough and make a firm and pliable dough, which you put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the cottage cheese filling.
  • Mix the cottage cheese, eggs and cane sugar together – you can use an electric mixer.
  • Once all the ingredients are combined, carefully fold the blueberries into the curd mixture.
  • Roll out the rested dough from the fridge and place it in a cake tin and shape the edges according to the tin with your hands.
  • Pour the curd filling onto the dough and spread evenly.
  • Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.

Yeast pie with blueberries and crumb

The classic in the form of yeast dough will please absolutely everyone.

You will need:


  • 500 grams of semi-coarse flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt


  • 75 grams of fine oatmeal
  • 600 grams of blueberries
  • 60 grams of semi-coarse flour
  • 75 grams of butter
  • 75 grams of granulated sugar

Preparation process:

  • Prepare the dough first, which is more time-consuming.
  • Crumble a cube of yeast into a bowl and pour lukewarm milk over it.
  • Pour 10 grams of sugar on the yeast and milk and stir a little – let it stand for 15 minutes, you will get yeast.
  • Sift the flour into the second bowl.
  • Add the resulting yeast together with the other dough ingredients.
  • Mix everything well – a pliable dough should form, which needs to be kneaded properly.
  • Put the finished dough in a warm place, cover it with flour and cover it with a towel – let it rise for half an hour to three quarters of an hour.
  • In the meantime, prepare the blueberries – wash them and let them drain in a colander.
  • Mix the oatmeal with flour, sugar and butter to form a crumb.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a cake mold or tray.
  • Place the risen dough in the mold – use your fingers to spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries on the dough and cover with the prepared crumb.

You will need:

  • 275 grams of softened butter
  • 300 grams of plain flour
  • 275 grams + 3 spoons of semolina sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 500 grams of blueberries

  • 20 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/4 liter of blueberry juice, juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding powder
  • 0.5 liters of milk

Preparation process:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a cake tin with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
  • Melt 150 grams of butter in a saucepan and let cool slightly.
  • Mix sifted flour, 150 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  • Add the liquid butter and mix everything into a firm dough.
  • Use your fingers to press the dough into the prepared mold and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes – keep some of the dough as crumbs.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the blueberries.
  • Mix cornstarch and 5 tablespoons of blueberry juice in a bowl.
  • Pour the rest of the juice into the saucepan and bring to a boil along with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Then stir the mixed starch into the cooking juice and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Then carefully mix ¾ of the blueberries into this mixture and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Apply the prepared blueberry compote on the dough and let it cool.
  • Start preparing the cream.
  • First cook the pudding, which needs to be left to cool.
  • Next, mix the cottage cheese, 125 grams of butter and 125 grams of sugar and beat until smooth.
  • Add the lemon juice and both eggs.
  • Finally, mix the cooled custard in parts into the curd mixture.
  • Carefully spread the custard cream with cottage cheese on the blueberry mixture and cover with the remaining crumbled dough and the rest of the blueberries.
  • Put the cake in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.

Blueberry Upside Down Pies

You will need:

  • 300 grams of semi-coarse flour
  • 120 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams of white yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • a little grated lemon peel

Light, fresh and very simple – that’s exactly what this type of cake is.

You will need:

  • 250 grams of plain flour
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • a pinch of vanilla, lemon peel, cinnamon and ground cloves
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 300 grams of blueberry jam
  • 1 small cup of sliced almonds

Preparation process:

  • Rub the butter with the sugar and add the sifted flour, nuts, eggs, spices and baking powder.
  • Knead everything into a non-sticky and stiff dough, which you put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  • Roll out three-quarters of the dough into a sheet about 1.5 centimeters high, which you carefully transfer to the cake tin – the diameter of the tin is 22 centimetres.
  • Spread the blueberry jam on the dough.
  • Roll out a sheet from the remaining dough, from which cut strips, which you place on the cake to resemble a grid.
  • Brush these strips with egg and cover the entire cake with sliced almonds.
  • Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
