Some practical information at the end
Burisons are sometimes also referred to as puffed rice. Puffing is the process used in their production. What happens is that the rice is compressed until it bursts. Liquids evaporate during this process.
Burisons are flavored in different ways, they can be eaten on their own, added to breakfast cereals or bars. Last but not least, they can also be used when baking Christmas cookies. Recipes for burison sweets usually add burisons to the base material created from melted marshmallow candies, caramel, salk or chocolate.
From the resulting material, you can easily shape various shapes, from balls and cuts to snowmen or trees. You can also use various molds and cutters. Very interesting color shades can be achieved by adding food coloring. You can then fine-tune the resulting impression with various toppings and decorations.
