INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg semi-coarse flour
- 1 game
- 1 glass of oil
- 115 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cube of yeast
- 0.5 l of milk
- lemon peel
- salt
METHOD:
- Wipe the fat with sugar and egg.
- Stir the grated carrot into the flour before adding the yeast.
- Then add milk and yeast and stir. bark.
- Finally, add flour and salt. Make the dough, let it rise for 1/2 hour.
- We continue to process and bake the dough normally.
We can bake stuffed buns or cakes from the dough prepared in this way, for example, the combination with poppy seed filling is excellent.

Carrot Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 glass of oil
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 eggs
METHOD:
- Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
- Mix all the loose ingredients in a bowl.
- Add three egg yolks, a glass of oil and a cup of warm water.
- We will mix all together.
- Stir in the finely grated carrot.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix into the dough.
- Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 150 – 160 °C. Then bake at 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes.
Carrots can be added to the whole batch of dough or only to a part and put them in the mold alternately. The cake can be topped with ground or chopped nuts, and after baking it can either be sugared or covered with white or dark icing.
