Chicken and Garden Vegetable Dill Cream Sauce
1 Do You Bake? Garden Vegetable Dill Cheese ball, prepared
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
1/2 to 1 cup of milk and/or heavy cream
Do You Bake? For the Love of Garlic Seasoning to taste
Do You Bake? Chive and Onion Seasoning to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Butterfly chicken and season one side with your seasonings. Pound lightly with a meat tenderizer. Turn over and season other side of chicken. Pound lightly with a meat tenderizer. Rest for 10 minutes.
Turn on oven to preheat to 275F
Warm skillet to medium-high heat. Add butter and oil to pan, swish to combine. Add chicken. Brown each side of chicken. Transfer chicken to a foil lined or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place in oven to keep warm.
In same skillet, add your Do You Bake? Garden Vegetable Dill cheese ball and 1/2 cup of milk. Stir to get the bits of chicken flavor off the bottom of pan. continue to stir. Reduce heat to low. Add additional milk / cream to reach desired thickness.
Serve over chicken with your favorite sides.
