- 500g of chicken breast
- 2 small apples (preferably Jonagold. Don’t use red, they don’t cook very well with them)

- 1 spoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt
- Grinded pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Mix apple cider, cornstarch, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Salt the chicken and dust in flour. Shake off the excess flour.

- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the chicken breasts and fry for 5 minutes until golden.
- Then add lemon and fresh thyme to the pan, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 10-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breast.
