Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 3 spoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons of dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 spoons of soy sauce
- salt pepper
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon curry
Method
- Mix honey with lemon, rub garlic with salt, mix everything together and pour into a sealable bowl.
- Place the washed and salted chicken wings in a bowl.
- Leave in the fridge until the next day.
- Fry the marinated chicken wings on a hot grill until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour the marinade left in the bowl into the pan and let it boil on the grill.

Chicken in mustard marinade
The combination of chicken with mustard, curry and soy sauce is irresistible! Prepare it together with potatoes or mashed potatoes and you will easily conjure up a delicious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 5 spoons of Kremž mustard
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of dried garlic

Method
- Mix everything into a smooth marinade and pour into a sealable container.
- Salt the meat and put it in a bowl with the marinade.
- Let it sit in the fridge until the next day.

- 4 chicken quarters
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- salt pepper
Method
- Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.
- Add barbecue spices, rubbed garlic with salt, chili. coriander and pepper to taste.
- Spread the marinade on the meat and let it rest until the next day.
- Repeat the rubbing while grilling or baking.

Chicken marinated in yogurt
There’s nothing better than chicken marinated in spiced Greek yogurt with the pleasant taste of lemon and herbs. Try it yourself!
Ingredients
- approx. 1100 g boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 7 thighs) or chicken breasts (about 5)
For the yogurt marinade:
- 2/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 spoons of lemon juice + 1 spoon of lemon peel
- 1 tbsp pressed garlic
- 1 tbsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper (can be adjusted to taste)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, plus more for serving
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, salt, pepper and coriander.
- Place the chicken in a resealable freezer bag.
- Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag while squeezing out excess air.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
- Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or up to 8 hours for breasts, 24 hours for thighs).
- Preheat the gas grill to 220 degrees.
- Clean and lightly oil the grill grates (using an oiled paper towel and long tongs).
- Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Chicken drumsticks with balsamic marinade
Luxurious Balsamic Marinated Chicken Drumsticks are an easy meal that’s perfect for any day of the week. Treat yourself to it at any time!
Ingredients
- approx. 1200 g of chicken drumsticks
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil (or another neutral oil such as olive oil)
- 5 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- Combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in a ziplock bag or bowl and mix well.
- Put unheated chicken drumsticks into the marinade.
- Close the ziplock bag and gently shake it until the marinade covers the drumsticks evenly.
- If using a bowl, you can use tongs to mix the chicken into the marinade.
- Put the marinated chicken drumsticks in the fridge to set.
- Stir the chicken in the marinade every few hours.
- If possible, leave the drumsticks in the marinade for 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Line a tray with baking paper and place the rack in the upper part of the oven.
- Remove each marinated chicken drumstick from the bag and place them in a single layer on the rack, making sure the drumsticks are not touching each other.
- Place the chicken in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C.
- Serve hot and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Preparing the chicken before pickling
