  • 1 kg boneless chicken meat
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 200 g of whipping cream
  • 200 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g of baby spinach

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion, garlic and English bacon and sauté.
  4. Add the chicken and mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms release their water.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover with stock and cream.
  6. Add the corn, peas and baby spinach.
  7. Salt, pepper and mix well.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

  • 500 g of frozen bean pods
  • 250 ml of dry white wine
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary

METHOD

  1. Take the beans out of the freezer and let them thaw.
  2. Cut the breast in half, season with salt and pepper and fry in oil.
