Method
- Heat the oil in a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the rice and stir-fry for 30-40 seconds to coat well with the oil.
- Add half the wine, let it bubble for 30 seconds, then add all the stock and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes, until the rice is cooked and creamy. (You can add salt according to your taste)
- Stir in the remaining half of the wine, chicken, peas and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the butter and cheese. Season with pepper. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 300g of rice
- 400g of chicken breast
- 100g of frozen peas

- A pinch of saffron
- Fresh basil for sprinkling.
Method
- First, preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Grease the baking pan with olive oil.

- 1-1.5 liters of chicken stock (or use stock with water)
- 1 cup of frozen vegetables (e.g. peas, corn, carrots, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of mascarpone cheese
- 100g of grated parmesan
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and garlic. Stir until golden, then add the chopped chicken and chorizo.
- Sauté until the chicken turns white on all sides and stir in the chili.
- Add the rice, mix everything and sauté the rice for a few minutes so that it is completely coated in oil.
- Add the wine and broth and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

- Sauté the meat until it turns white on all sides, then dust it with curry spices and stir-fry in light oil for 1 minute.
