Chocolate and Chips Beer Bread Pudding

- 12 oz Beer (or other carbonated beverage)
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla (seperated)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tb milk
Prepare Chocolate & Chips Beer Bread according to package directions, bake and cool. Cut cooled bread into small 1/2″ squares. Grease 9″x13″ baking dish and place bread cubes into pan. Wisk together eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and granulated sugar. Pour over bread cubes and put in refrigerator to sit at least 2 hours, mixture will be soupy. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes, covering with foil the last 20 minutes to avoid over browning.
In blender or processor, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 T. milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm bread pudding. Serve warm.
