Method
- Mix the almonds, icing sugar, flour, vanilla paste and salt.
- Separate the eggs and gradually mix in the egg whites.
- Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for half an hour.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape each into a roll with a diameter of 1-2 cm and cut into 5 cm wide strips.
- Bake the sticks in the oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes. Allow the bars to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate glaze in a water bath and dip the almond sticks in it and let them dry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

- 140 g plain flour

Method
- Sift the flour and make a mound of it on the roll, in the center of which make a hole. Put vanilla sugar, egg yolk, a piece of butter, ground hazelnuts and grated chocolate in the hole.
- Gradually make a smooth dough from the entire scoop of flour onto the roll. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into snakes about the size of a pencil and cut them into pieces about 6 centimeters long.
- Shape them into horseshoes, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C for 10 – 15 minutes.
