  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line the trays with baking paper.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar in a food processor.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until incorporated.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and coconut and mix thoroughly again.
  5. Add the salt, lemon zest, baking powder, and on medium-low, gradually add the flour, mixing until the flour is incorporated.
  6. Fill the machine with dough and use different attachments to create machine cookies of different shapes.
  7. Place individual cookies on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 8 minutes until golden.
  8. After removing from the oven, press a chocolate drop into the center of each cookie.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g plain flour
  • 220 g of butter
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 4 packages of vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • marmalade of your choice for sticking
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Put sifted flour, icing sugar, vanilla pudding and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and butter.
  4. Knead into a dough by hand or with the help of a food processor.
  5. Using a machine and a suitable attachment, create oblong cookie shapes.
  6. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Leave to cool and then glue the individual shapes with jam.
  8. Melt the cooking chocolate and dip the ends of the cookies into it.

Ingredients:

  • 3 and 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • sprinkles and toppings for decoration

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix sifted flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar with a hand mixer.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla and almond extract.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix.
  7. Push the prepared dough through a machine with different attachments.
  8. Place on trays with baking paper.
  9. Bake the machine cookies in a preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.

  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • marmalade of your choice for sticking

Method:

  1. Mix the sifted flour with the vanilla pudding.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until foamy.
  3. Gradually beat the egg yolks, milk and flour mixture into the mixture.
  4. Mix and work into a dough.
  5. Put the dough in a machine with a suitable attachment.
  6. Place the resulting bananas on a tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 12 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g plain flour
  • 225 g of butter
  • 35 g of rice flour
  • 65 g of powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Prepare cookie stamps and line the trays with baking paper.
  2. Mix sifted plain flour and rice flour in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  4. Sprinkle in the flour mixture.
  5. Mix until the dough comes together.
  6. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  7. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately half a centimeter.
  8. Dust the cookie stamp with flour and press it onto the dough.
  9. Place the cookie cutter on the punched dough and cut out the candy.
  10. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 18-20 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
