Real Chicken China

INGREDIENTS for 2 people

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 handfuls of mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • 1 onion
  • soy sauce
  • Worcester
  • salt
  • pepper

  • butter

METHOD

  1. Cut the chicken and all the vegetables into cubes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan.
  3. Saute onion and garlic.
  4. Add the meat and stir-fry.
  5. Sprinkle with Chinese seasoning.
  6. Add the rest of the vegetables and mushrooms.
  7. Sprinkle the nuts.
  8. Stir and sauté gently.
  9. Mix 2 teaspoons of solamyl with water and add to the mixture.
  10. Mix until thickened.
  11. Season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
  12. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Served with rice or noodles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of turkey breast
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 3 different colored peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 spoons of curry
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika

METHOD

  1. Cut the meat into strips and put it in a marinade of oil, cream, garlic and spices and leave it in a closed container overnight.
