Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting
1 stick butter
3 ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
3-4 Tbsp half and half or heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Do You Bake? Sinfully Cinnamon
Cream the butter until fluffy. Slowly add the confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and ½ the cream. Whip until fluffy adding the Cinnamon and more cream if needed.
Frosting Cakes: Frost one layer, place the 2nd layer on top. Frost the top and sides.
Frosting Cupcakes : Spoon into piping bag and pipe onto cupcake.
