  • 3 cups of ice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until everything is combined into a thick cocktail.
  • Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream and black cocoa.

Plant-based proteins are on the rise, and that’s because people are increasingly thinking about what they’re eating. Make your own homemade protein quite simply, which you can then add to various slimming drinks. In addition, you only need 3 natural ingredients for it.

What you will need

  • 2 and ¾ cups hemp protein
  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 5 spoons of flax seeds


  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Blend on high until the ingredients have the consistency of a fine powder.
  • If necessary, stop mixing and scrape the bottom of the mixer with a thin spatula.
  • Transfer to an airtight container with a wide opening.
