- Add milk, beat on low speed.
- Add the flour mixture and beat until combined. Stir in the coconut.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Allow the coconut cake to cool completely before glazing.
- You prepare the frosting by melting the butter. Add the icing sugar, milk and coconut extract.
- Beat until smooth.
