Ingredients
- 500 g of pork
- 2 peppers
- 2 red onions
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- oregano, fresh or dried
- thyme, fresh or dried
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- juice of half a lemon and some grated rind
Method
- Cut the pork and vegetables into pieces.
- Then put the meat, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl and cover with olive oil.
- Add the lemon juice and zest and sprinkle with a little oregano and thyme.
- Mix the mixture thoroughly and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Then alternately skewer all the ingredients on skewers or skewers.
- Sprinkle with oregano and thyme.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes.
- Turn regularly and brush with olive oil.

- 1 teaspoon of dried crushed chili
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 8 spring onions
Method
- Wash the beef and cut it into pieces.
- Then prepare the marinade. Mix both oils, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and chilli in a bowl.
- Place the beef pieces in the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Leave the marinated meat in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Then stick pieces of meat on skewers or needles.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the skewers in the baking dish and cover with a little water.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion rings.

Chicken skewers with peppers, mushrooms and zucchini
Tender and light chicken meat is highly sought after for skewers. Fill it with mushrooms, red pepper and zucchini. A tasty and visually colorful delicacy will be born!
Ingredients
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 2 red peppers
- 125 grams of mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 red onion
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Method
- Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.
- Cut the washed pepper, zucchini, onion and mushrooms into slices.
- Place all the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl.
- In another small bowl, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, oil and crushed garlic.
- Then pour this mixture over the meat and vegetables, mix and leave to marinate at room temperature for at least an hour. It is also possible to let it sit overnight in the fridge.
- Then stick pieces of meat, pepper, onion, mushrooms and zucchini alternately on skewers or skewers.
- Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Grill at a medium temperature for about 12-15 minutes, so that the meat is cooked from the inside as well.

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 spring onion

Method
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, chopped spring onions, sugar, a tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
