Method

- 230 g of fat or semi-fat cottage cheese
- 50 g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the sauce

- 2 spoons of sugar
Method
- Beat the cottage cheese itself in a bowl
- Mix sugar and egg yolks in a separate bowl

- We form small patties from the dough, which we coat in the remaining flour (75 g)
- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large pan

- 750 g of apples
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 ml of water
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dough
- Put the dough aside and let it rest
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Heat the hotplate with the pan to a medium temperature and then fry the fritters on both sides
- For the applesauce, peel the apples and remove the cores
- Cut the apples into medium-sized pieces
