- 1 apple
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder for gingerbread
- 4 eggs
- 500 g semi-coarse flour
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 180 g of powdered sugar
- a handful of raisins
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 200 g of butter
- a handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
Method:
- Mix the flour with baking powder, softened butter and sugar.
- Add the yolks (put the whites aside), milk, mix and put 1/3 of the dough in the fridge to cool and 2/3 of the dough in the freezer (for about 30 minutes).
- Take ⅓ of the dough out of the fridge (return the rest to the fridge) and roll it into a thin pancake according to the size of your baking sheet. (Choose a sheet approximately 35×45 cm in size.)
- Peel the apple and coarsely grate it. Squeeze the excess juice into a glass (drink it here) and spread the apple over the rolled dough.
- Sprinkle the apple with a mixture of 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, as well as raisins and chopped walnuts.
- Now beat the egg whites that you set aside until thick and spread them over the grated apple as another layer.
- Take the rest of the dough out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

- 1 and ½ cups semi-coarse flour

- ¾ cup of butter
- ½ egg

- 5 large apples
- half a lemon
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For the cream:
- 1 and ⅓ cup of sour cream
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1 and ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 and ½ teaspoons of sugar
On a small scale:
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 egg whites
Method:
- Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with the lemon.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan with a wider bottom and add ½ cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and apples mixed with lemon.
- Boil the mixture for about 6 minutes.
Preparing the dough:
- Meanwhile, prepare the dough.
- Mix the loose ingredients, add the cooled butter cut into small cubes and process it briefly with an ice fork.
- Then add the egg and knead again briefly.
- Finally, add ice water and work again with a cooled fork.
- Work with the dough quickly, otherwise it would not have the right consistency.
- Form a loaf and roll it out into a thin plate according to the size of your baking sheet (the ideal size of the baking sheet is approx. 35×45 cm with higher edges).
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the apple mixture on top of the dough.
Preparation of the cream:
- Beat the sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
- Add the sugar and continue beating.
- Add the flour in parts and beat.
- Spread the cream over the apple layer.
- Bake the slices for 20 minutes at 205°C. As soon as the cream begins to turn golden, reduce the temperature to 190 °C.
Preparation of crumb:
- While the slices are baking, prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients to a loose consistency.
- Beat the 3 egg whites out of the 5 you have left. When they are almost ready, add 3 tablespoons of sugar (one at a time) and beat until stiff).
- Layer the egg whites on the baked cake and sprinkle the crumb on the egg whites.
- Bake the slices again for another 20-25 minutes at 190°C.

- Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture on the cake.
- Prepare the custard by mixing the custard powder with 6 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Pour 440 ml of milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Once the milk starts to boil, add the stirred custard mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (1 minute).
- Pour the finished pudding all over the cake.
- Mix the ingredients on a crumb to form a crumbly mixture.
- Sprinkle the crumbs as the final part of the slices and bake at 175 °C for about 40 minutes.

- 250 g of apples
- 1 cup chopped mango into small pieces
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ bag of baking powder
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1 and ½ cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 and ¼ cup melted butter
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 1 cup sour cream
Method:
