Creamy Garlic and Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients Needed:

2 pounds of medium white button mushrooms (stems removed)

1 – 16 oz. roll of Italian Sausage (Bob Evans Zesty Hot if you like spicy!  Mild works well too!)

2 Tbsp — Do You Bake? For the Love of Garlic Seasoning

1-2 Tbsp — Do You Bake? Chive and Onion Seasoning

1 – 8 oz. package of cream cheese

1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese

Parmesan Cheese Garnish

Begin by browning and draining sausage and adding the Garlic and Onion Seasoning Blends.  Once this is done, add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to meat until just combined.  Use a small scoop or spoon to fill caps.  There is ample filling to overfill all of the caps.  Top with Parmesan cheese and a dash of dried parsley for garnish.  Mushrooms can be baked immediately at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and baked later.  These mushrooms are a great alternative for those still monitoring carb intake or trying to boost protein!
My Personal Recommendation would be to purchase the Essential Four Seasoning Pack and be armed with these seasonings and 2 others that you soon won’t be able to live without!  http://shop.doyoubake.com/Category/49-the-spice-cupboard.aspx?AffiliateID=100

I don’t like mushrooms and I’m STILL gonna try these anyway.
