Turkey meatballs with broccoli and cheddar
Juicy oven-baked ground turkey, broccoli and cheddar turkey patties are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Quick, easy and so delicious!
What you will need
- 500 g of ground turkey meat
- ½ broccoli
- 1 small onion
- ½ cup grated cheddar
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
- Cut the broccoli into florets and add to a pot of salted water.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the florets are tender.
- Drain the water well and finely chop the florets, then squeeze out the excess water.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Use your hands to form 12 patties.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray it liberally with cooking oil.
- Place patties on baking paper and also spray them with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-20 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Oven-baked turkey and zucchini patties
These roasted turkey meatballs are juicy, healthy, delicious and incredibly easy to make. In addition, they are low-calorie!
What you will need
- 500 g of ground turkey meat
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 slice of white bread, soaked in cold water
- 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the water out of the zucchini.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- The mixture will be slightly sticky, but if it seems too runny, you can add 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs.
- Wet your hands and form patties, about 1/3 cup each.
- Put the patties on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sauce, salad or use them on a burger.

Spicy Turkey Meatballs
These simple turkey patties are the perfect protein addition to your lunch or dinner. Plus, they’re made with simple ingredients you probably already have at home!
What you will need
- 450 g of ground turkey meat
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
Method
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently until evenly combined.
- Don’t over process for a better texture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and divide turkey mixture into four equal portions.
- Flatten gently to form patties, then pan-fry for 5-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
- Make sure you cook the turkey patties well so they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Remove from the oven and serve!

Turkey Patties with Carrot, Sesame and Coriander
Luxurious minced meat meatballs with carrots, spring onions and coriander served with white miso sauce, beetroot chutney and fresh vegetables. You just have to try it!
What you will need
- 500 g of ground turkey meat
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves and stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of white miso paste
- 3 tablespoons nut spread (almond or cashew)
- 1 teaspoon of mirin
- 2 tablespoons hot water (plus extra)
- 4 heaping spoons of beetroot chutney to serve
- to serve: fresh salad, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, buns for burgers (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, combine the mince, carrots, spring onions, sesame seeds, coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mix well with your hands and shape into 8 patties.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix the miso, walnut spread, mirin and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve the patties with fresh lettuce, cucumber, avocado, beetroot chutney and miso sauce (and burger buns if you’re craving a hearty burger).

Turkey meatballs with feta and spinach
Delicious turkey meatballs with spinach, salty feta cheese, a little garlic, oregano and a pinch of chili flakes are perfectly tender and your whole family will love them!
What you will need
- 500 g of ground lean turkey meat
- 110 g of fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 60 g of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Method
- Place a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the olive oil and spinach to the pan.
- Cook the spinach until wilted and stir as needed.
- Once the spinach is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
- Roughly chop the spinach and set aside.
- Preheat your grill.
- Place turkey, cooled spinach, feta cheese, oregano, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Wet your hands under a little cold water, then use your hands to mix the ingredients together.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and form them into patties.
- Once your grill is hot, place the patties on the grill.
- Grill them for five minutes before turning them over.
- The patties should reach an internal temperature of 74 degrees Celsius
- Enjoy your meal!
