Cucumber Cups with Dill Cream Cheese

Bring along this cool finger food to your next party. Cucumbers act as a handy holder and add a refreshing crunch. Great substitute for the ordinary and plain crackers.

  • Yield : 8 - 10 servings



Prepare Your Dilly Cream Cheese Mix
  1. Empty contents of Do You Bake? Dilly Dill Pickle Dip mix into a bowl. Add hot water and mix.  Let sit 5 minutes and add softened cream cheese. Blend or beat until combined. Refrigerate at least an hour before using.
To Make Your Dilly Cucumber Cups
  1. CUT Cucumbers into 8 - 10 half inch slices
  2. USE Melon Baller or small spoon to scoop out indentation in center of each (scoop out all the seedy part)
  3. FILL with your cream cheese mixture and top with a small piece of smoked salmon and dill
Refrigerate until serving. Leftover Do You Bake? Dilly Dill Pickle dip can be served as a delicious cream cheese spread over bagels, toast and crackers.
