- 1 onion
- 3 pickled cucumbers (fresh)
- 1 cooking cream
- 40 g of butter
- 40 g plain flour
- 400 ml of broth
- pepper

- vinegar
- sugar
METHOD:
- Make a roux out of butter and flour and pour broth over it.
- Let the sauce simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the cucumbers into rounds and sauté them in a little butter until soft.
- Then add the cucumbers to the sauce, add salt and pepper, cover with cream and cook briefly.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 pickles
