- 2 and 2/3 cups of cold milk

- 1 bag of chocolate pudding
- 1 cooking chocolate, chopped into pieces
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter until it forms a mixture of coarse crumbs.
- Add 1 cup of cashews, mix the dough a few times until the ingredients are combined.
- Put the resulting dough on a small greased tray and bake it at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. Then cool the dough on a wire rack.
- In the meantime, mix the cottage cheese, peanut butter and sugar in a small bowl. Use a hand mixer to achieve a smooth and fluffy cream. Whip the whipping cream and add one cup to the cream.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk and both puddings. Then stir one cup of whipped cream into this mixture.
- Then put a layer of cream cheese on the baked base, put the custard cream on top and the remaining whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and remaining cashews.
- Let the dessert set in the fridge for at least an hour.
