3 tips to improve your pudding

  1. Use unsweetened condensed milk.
Replace regular milk with a can of condensed milk for a creamier, more decadent pudding. Not only will it have a luxurious texture, but it will also significantly improve its taste. For a tropical touch, reach for canned coconut milk.
  2. Add a drop of alcohol.
You can add a little liqueur such as Kahlua or Chambord to the pudding. Cognac and bourbon are also a treat, especially if you’re working with chocolate or butterscotch, and spiced rum goes well with banana pudding.
  3. Mix it with the sweet ingredient.
Sprinkle the pudding with chopped nuts, chocolate chips or spices such as cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg. You can also decorate it with sprinkles.
