Nutty Bunny for Easter
Easter bunnies are baked in different variants. One of them is the one with nuts.
Ingredients
- 150 g semi-coarse flour
- 40 g plain flour
- 70 g ground nuts
- 130 g of sugar
- 60 g of fat
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 1.5 dcl of milk
- 1/3 packet of baking powder
- fat for greasing
- rude flour for pouring out the mold
Method
- Sift flour with baking powder and sugar into a bowl and mix them with ground nuts.
- Mix the warm milk, eggs, yolk and fat, mix quickly with the flour mixture, pour into a greased and floured bunny mold (volume for 500g of the finished product) and bake in a slightly heated oven.
- After the bunny has cooled, pour the glaze to taste and decorate.

Rising bunnies with honey
These leavened Easter bunnies will delight especially the little ones. How about a special allowance for carolers?
Ingredients
- 500 g semi-coarse flour
- 1/4 l of milk
- 2 yolks
- 120 g of butter
- 80 g of honey
- 30 g of yeast
- a pinch salt
- lemon bark
- white for smearing
Method
- We will create a yeast dough – a home bakery can help you.
- After rising from the dough, we shape the bunnies according to the pictures or even the jedas.
- Leave to rise again on a baking sheet, brush with egg white and bake in an oven heated to 170 °C.
- Let’s create eyes for the cooled bunnies using chocolate.

Traditional Easter bunny

Ingredients
- 120 g of butter
- 4 egg
- 200 g semolina sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 1 baking powder
- a little lemon juice
Method
- Whisk the fat, egg yolks and sugar into a foam. Gradually add lukewarm milk and flour mixed with baking powder.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and finally slowly mix in the egg whites.
- Grease the mold, sprinkle with coarse flour and bake in a preheated oven for about 1/2 to 3/4 hours.

Mug bunny for Easter

- 2.5 a cup of plain flour
- 1.2 a cup of semolina sugar
- 5 whole egg
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 whipped cream (do not whip)
Method
- We mix all the ingredients until we get a smooth dough without lumps.
- Grease the bunny mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 °C.

Whipped cream bunny
We can also work magic with whipped cream and thus create a delicious Easter bunny that the whole family will lick.
Ingredients
- 30 dkg semi-coarse flour
- 22.5 dkg of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 4 egg
- 1 whipped cream
- 1 baking powder
Method
- Beat the whole eggs with both sugars, add the whipped cream and then mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Pour into a greased and filled mold and bake at 180 °C for about 50 minutes. (50 minutes in my heavy two-piece ceramic mold, it will definitely be faster in the Teflon one).
- After baking, we can add sugar, sprinkle with icing, as anyone likes.
