Method
- Beat sugar with egg yolks and add oil, coffee and flour with baking powder.

- Whip the cream with a stiffener and stir in the cottage cheese.
- Coat the body with cream.
- Place the gelatin slices in a bowl, cover with cold water and let stand for at least 10 minutes until the gelatin swells
- Place about 2/3 of the cleaned strawberries in a blender, add sugar and mix together to a smooth cream.
- Squeeze the swollen gelatin and put it in a cup, which we cover with foil, put it in the microwave oven, let the gelatin dissolve carefully, at a lower oven power, then immediately mix it into the blended strawberries.
- Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and divide them into four chilled deep plates, glasses or bowls, cover them with the prepared strawberry jelly and let them harden a little in the fridge, then place them on the dessert.
- We keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours.

- 200 g of sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g semi-coarse flour

Easter creams for pastries
