Easy Crab Cakes

A delicious fish cake easily prepared with Do You Bake? Make it and Go Meatloaf Mix.   A quick and easy way to bring a restaurant quality appetizer or meal right to your table.

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 8 - 10 minutes
  • Yield : 8 - 10 crab cakes

  1. In a large bowl, mix together 3 Tablespoons Do You Bake? Make it an Go Meatloaf mix with bell pepper, crab meat, egg and mayonnaise.
  2. Shape into patties and dust / roll patties with remaining Make it and Go Meatloaf Mix to coat
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in pan and fry until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully flip crab cakes and fry on other side until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  Serve warm with Do You Bake? Dilly Dill Pickle Dip or with other favorite Seafood Sauce
