What will we need
For the salad
- 20 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 medium sweet apples (cut into larger half moons)
- 1 large baguette
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g ermine (cut into triangles)
- 4 cups of baby spinach
For the dressing
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 60 ml of olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to a high temperature (200 degrees) and turn on the grill function
- Heat a large frying pan to medium heat
- Then let the butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil melt on it
- Add cleaned and chopped apples
- Cook the apples for about 5 minutes until they caramelize slightly
- We’ll put them aside
- In a small bowl, mix the pressed garlic with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil

What will we need
- 1 camembert or ermine
- 200 g fresh strawberries (cut into slices)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees
- Add the chopped strawberries to a small bowl, along with the balsamic vinegar and thyme

A recipe inspired by a world-famous chef. It’s a bit more complicated to prepare, but we guarantee that if you try it, you won’t regret it. The resulting ermine salad will melt on your tongue because all the ingredients are in perfect harmony.
What will we need
For cheese
- 100 g of walnuts
- 200 g of ermine
- Fresh chives
- 1 lemon
- 270 g of puff pastry
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
For the sauce
- 75 g of dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 125 ml of red wine
For the salad
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 piece of red chicory
- medium apple
- 1 piece of green chicory
- 100 g of watercress
Method
- Cut the ermine into small pieces, place in a food processor together with the walnuts and half of the chives
- Add the lemon zest and mix in a food processor until the mixture is completely combined
- Spread the puff pastry on the kitchen counter
- Divide the dough in half lengthwise
- Place the ermine mixture on the plates in the middle
- We roll the dough so that it looks like a roll
- Do not roll the dough roll tightly, but loosely so that the dough can expand during baking
- Brush each roll with olive oil and bake until golden in a pan
- For the cranberry sauce, add all the ingredients together with the water to a small saucepan and let it bubble
- When the mixture has the consistency of a sauce, blend it until smooth with a stick blender

- 70 ml of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Method
- Rinse the arugula and let it drain

- 8 large cherry tomatoes
- 2 bush tomatoes
- 60 ml of olive oil

- 125 ml of vegetable broth

- Basil leaves
- Two large slices of bread, or 2 buns/baguettes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot
- Prepare ice water in a large bowl
- Cut an X into the bush tomatoes with a knife
- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water until the skins begin to peel off, approximately 30 seconds
- Then transfer the tomatoes to ice water to cool
- When the tomatoes are cooled, peel them

Method
