  • 4 spoons of sour cream


  • Start by making a simple guacamole.
  • Split, pit, peel and slice the avocado, then mash with lime or lemon juice and some spices.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat, brush with 1 teaspoon of oil and add the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle half of the tortilla with a handful of cheese, then add the chicken and a few slices of tomato. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  • Bake for a while to melt the cheese, then flip and bake until the tortilla is crispy.
  • Remove the tortilla from the pan and cut into quarters.

  • 1000 g of ground beef
  • 2 cans baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 white onion
  • 100 g of cheddar cheese
  • 180 g sour cream
  • 200 g of guacamole
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 tortillas


  1. Salt, pepper and dry-fry the minced lean meat in a hot pan.
  2. Reduce the heat to half and fry the meat until brown so that it is loose.
  3. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the onion and coriander.
  4. Mix, add salt and pepper and let the salad rest.
  5. Pour the beans into another pan, bring to a boil and let it bubble until the tomato juice has reduced and thickened.

You can really enjoy vegetables when you wrap them in a tortilla with different fillings. It can also serve as a less traditional treat for visitors.

What will we need

  • 250 g of Gervais type cheese, Lučina
  • 3 spoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 white yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped dill
  • 3 cups finely chopped vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or green peppers
  • 1 cup of grated Cheddar type cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tortillas


  1. Mix cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture on tortillas, sprinkle with vegetables and grated cheese.
  3. Roll up the tortilla, wrap it and tighten it.

There’s nothing better than an authentic Mexican flatbread made at home. It’s easier than you might think!

What will we need

  • 500 g plain wheat flour (you can also use half whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


  1. Mix 2/3 of the flour with salt, water and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. We will create a smooth and elastic dough.
  3. Then gradually add the remaining flour and mix again into a smooth dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 12-16 equal parts and roll each into a very thin pancake on a lightly floured rolling pin.
  5. Heat a pan on the stove to a medium-high temperature and briefly fry the tortillas on it on both sides until light golden.
