  • 4 eggs
  • 260 ml of milk
  • 150 g of cottage cheese in a tub
  • 120 g of cornstarch
  • salt
  • vanilla sugar


  • Mix the ingredients and fry the pancakes in oil on both sides.

  • 3 tablespoons of water

  • Mix the flour, ground oatmeal and baking powder together.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Beat the egg whites together with the salt until stiff.
  • Add the yolks to the flour with flakes, add sugar, grated lemon peel, mascarpone milk and vanilla.
  • Mix everything and carefully add the beaten egg whites.
  • Let it stand for a while. Meanwhile, prepare the compote dressing.


  • Boil the fruit in water with sugar and reduce the liquid.
  • Then add the balsamic vinegar and let it evaporate some more.

Final edit:

  • Fry the pancakes in a little oil and serve topped with compote.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar


  • Put eggs, carrot, banana, yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the starch, baking powder, spices and vanilla sugar.
  • Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Fry in hot oil on both sides and serve drizzled with yogurt, honey, cottage cheese, fruit or butter mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
