  • Precook the cauliflower to a softer consistency and let it cool.

  • Mix everything.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Form meatballs from the mixed mixture, coat them in flour and place on a baking sheet. Finally, coat them with oil on both sides.
  • Bake for 10 minutes on each side.

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 large eggs

  • Cook for about 10 minutes until soft, mash while still warm.

  • Add the lightly beaten egg, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, spring onion, and mix.

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • ⅔ cup of blended oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ cup of water
  • oil for greasing


  • Boil the cauliflower in salted water until soft.
  • Then drain it thoroughly so that there is no liquid left in it and mash it.
  • Mix it with all the ingredients, make balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Brush with oil on both sides and bake at 200°C.
  • After 10 minutes of baking, turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • 3 cups of grated (ground or blended) fresh cauliflower
  • ½ cup grated cheese (of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped small red peppers
  • 2 finely chopped spring onions
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili


  • Mix the cauliflower with all the ingredients and shape into patties.
  • Squeeze out the excess liquid.
  • They won’t hold their shape very well, but they will be delicious once baked.
  • Bake on baking paper at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.

Healthy Cauliflower Pancakes

And these cauliflower patties are made with fresh cauliflower. There is no need to pre-cook anything.


  • 1 cauliflower
  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and ¼ and teaspoons of salt

  • Cut the cauliflower into pieces and put it in a blender together with flour, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
