Eggs as a healthy part of the diet
You may remember that just a few years ago, eggs were considered not very healthy by many people. It was thought that they contribute to increasing the level of so-called bad cholesterol. But professional studies eventually proved that it was a mistake.
On the contrary, thanks to the content of lecithin and linoleic acid, eggs reduce the amount of harmful cholesterol in our body. In terms of other health-promoting substances, eggs are particularly rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, they also contain a varied mixture of vitamins and minerals.
A wide range of egg omelet variants
Of course, it is best to use your own fresh eggs for omelets. A lot of people are returning to keeping chickens again today. If you do not have the option of homemade eggs, give preference to eggs from large-scale farms to those from organic farms. Omelettes can be filled with a variety of mixed vegetables, whether fresh or cooked, as well as cold meats and various cheeses. Their taste can also be enhanced with various spices or herbs.
