  • 4 small slices of hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


  1. Insert a slice of cheese into a round of ham or soft salami.
  2. Attach with a toothpick and wrap in dough or three-pack.
  3. Fry in oil until golden on both sides.
