This colorful fresh fruit pizza is made using Do You Bake? sugar Cookies and Do You Bake? Lemon Pie Cheese Ball. It tastes as YUMMY and great as it looks.

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F PREPARE Do You Bake? Love that Lemon Pie Cheese Ball Mix at least 1 hour ahead of time. Refrigerate. PREPARE Do You Bake? Sugar Cookies mix per box directions. Roll out into two 6" round circle about 1/2" thick (as shown in photo) or make 1 large 12" round circle (it does not have to be perfect!) LINE a baking sheet or 12" pizza pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease with butter.  Arrange your round circles on your baking sheet or place your large round onto your pizza pan. BAKE for 13 - 15 minutes, until edges turn a slight golden color; cool completely REMOVE your prepared Lemon Pie Cheese Ball from refrigerator to soften INVERT your rounds onto one or two plates, removing the parchment.  Turn crust over, place on plates SPREAD softened Love that Lemon Pie Cheese Ball Mix onto your crust(s) TOP with fresh fruit MICROWAVE your jam on high for 10 - 15 seconds. Stir well. It should be warm but not hot. BRUSH your preserves lightly onto fruit to create a pretty shine.  Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.   FLAVOR Options : You can easily substitute the Love that Lemon Pie Cheese Ball with Do You Bake? Blueberry BLAST Cheese Ball or Do You Bake? Key Lime Pie Cheese Ball mixes.
