Orange salad with strawberries

A wonderful snack that refreshes the body and mind. The combination of sweetened strawberries and sour orange is also incredibly delicious!


  • 2 oranges
  • 15 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
  • a handful of fresh mint


  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into smaller pieces.
  2. Cut the strawberries into slices.
  3. Put the fruit in a bowl.
  4. Mix the orange juice with the sugar and pour over the fruit.
  5. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with mint.
  6. Serve chilled.

Tropical fruit salad

This tropical salad with honey-lime dressing will captivate you with its luxurious combination of flavors! Enjoy it during brunch or as an afternoon snack.


  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut chips (optional)


  1. Mix the fruit in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Whisk honey, lime juice and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  3. Pour over the fruit and mix gently.
  4. Garnish with coconut chips to taste.
  5. We serve immediately.

Fruit salad with honey-vanilla yogurt

This simple and delicious honey, vanilla and yogurt salad takes fruit salads to a whole new level. See for yourself!


  • 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large apple, cored and cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup (about 170 g) blueberries
  • 1 cup (about 170 g) of raspberries
  • 2 cups (about 340g) strawberries, peeled and halved or diced
  • 1-2 cups (170 to 340 g) white grape balls, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


  1. Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Let’s put it aside.
  3. Mix all the fruit in a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix gently.
  5. Serve the fruit in bowls/plates and cover with a spoon (or two!) of yogurt.
  6. Or we can mix fruit and yogurt together.

Avocado salad with grapefruit, blood orange and feta

A refreshing side salad is a great addition to a calorie-laden dinner. If you can’t find blood oranges, use regular ones. Finely chopped walnuts work well in place of the pomegranate. There are no limits to imagination!


  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of ground parsley
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 4 medium ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 4 large red grapefruits, sliced
  • 2 medium blood oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. For the dressing, whisk together the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Mix avocado, grapefruit and oranges in a serving bowl; sprinkle with onions and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Drizzle with dressing.
  4. Put cheese on top.
  5. One hour before serving, cover and cool in the refrigerator.

Melon salad with pineapple

This colorful salad, which pleases all the senses, is beautifully refreshing and will definitely come in handy in the summer. Plus, it’s so simple!


  • 1/4 of a red watermelon
  • 1/4 of a yellow watermelon
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • a handful of chopped mint


  1. Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add mint and mix.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing honey and lemon juice.
  4. Pour over the fruit and mix carefully.
  5. We serve.

Ambrosia salad

Ambrosia Salad is a festive no-bake dessert with whipped cream, marshmallows, coconut, cocktail cherries, tangerines, pineapple and grapes. This delicacy must not be missing from your menu!


  • 1 cup whipping cream, very cold
  • 2 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 6 cups rainbow mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup canned mandarins, drained
  • 1 cup cocktail cherries, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup canned pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup white grape balls, cut in half


  1. Whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar into the whipped cream and then stir in the sour cream.
  2. Add marshmallows, coconut, tangerines, cherries, grapes and pineapple.
  3. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Apricot, nectarine and blueberry salad

Send the kids out for blueberries and reward them with a delicious salad they’ll be asking for again and again!


  • 3 apricots
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey


  1. Cut the apricots and nectarines into pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add blueberries.
  3. Sweeten the lemon juice with honey and pour it over the salad.
  4. Mix carefully and serve.
