INGREDIENTS
- 2 oranges
- 15 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
- a handful of fresh mint
METHOD
- Peel the oranges and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Cut the strawberries into slices.
- Put the fruit in a bowl.
- Mix the orange juice with the sugar and pour over the fruit.
- Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with mint.
- Serve chilled.

Tropical fruit salad
This tropical salad with honey-lime dressing will captivate you with its luxurious combination of flavors! Enjoy it during brunch or as an afternoon snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 kiwi, sliced

METHOD

Fruit salad with honey-vanilla yogurt
This simple and delicious honey, vanilla and yogurt salad takes fruit salads to a whole new level. See for yourself!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 spoons of honey
- ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1 large apple, cored and cut into small cubes
- 1 cup (about 170 g) blueberries
- 1 cup (about 170 g) of raspberries
- 2 cups (about 340g) strawberries, peeled and halved or diced
- 1-2 cups (170 to 340 g) white grape balls, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
METHOD
- Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
- Let’s put it aside.
- Mix all the fruit in a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and mix gently.
- Serve the fruit in bowls/plates and cover with a spoon (or two!) of yogurt.

A refreshing side salad is a great addition to a calorie-laden dinner. If you can’t find blood oranges, use regular ones. Finely chopped walnuts work well in place of the pomegranate. There are no limits to imagination!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 spoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of ground parsley

- One hour before serving, cover and cool in the refrigerator.

- 1 cup whipping cream, very cold
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 cups rainbow mini marshmallows
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup canned mandarins, drained
- 1 cup cocktail cherries, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup canned pineapple, drained
- 1 cup white grape balls, cut in half
METHOD
- Whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar into the whipped cream and then stir in the sour cream.
- Add marshmallows, coconut, tangerines, cherries, grapes and pineapple.
- Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Apricot, nectarine and blueberry salad

- 1 nectarine
