Creamy garlic chicken breast

As soon as garlic and caramelized onions come together, a delicious treat is made. This recipe looks complicated, but it’s actually quite simple and delicious.

After all, you can prepare chicken in many ways. Recipes for chicken roulade are great, for example.


For the chicken:

  • 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons of semi-coarse flour
  • 4 tablespoons of finely grated fresh Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley


  • Cut the breast in half, salt and pepper both sides and season with garlic powder.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with the Parmesan cheese and coat the breasts in it. Beat the rest and set aside.
  • Heat the oil and butter in a pan. As soon as the oil and butter are heated, add the coated breasts and fry until golden on both sides. About 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer to a thermos bowl and set aside. This is how we process all the pieces of chicken.
  • Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the garlic and divide it into 12 cloves.
  • Reduce the heat and add the onion and crushed garlic to the pan. Fry together with the onion for about 2-3 minutes. Pour in the broth and mix thoroughly so that all the pieces come off the pan.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes so that half of it evaporates. Lower the temperature a little again and add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan and cook for another 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. We mix occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the fried chicken and let it cook again for about 3 minutes. The sauce will thicken and the chicken breasts will soak up all the flavors.
  • Served with pasta, cauliflower mash, rice, mashed potatoes or zucchini noodles. Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper.

Honey garlic chicken

Nowadays, dishes that are quick and easy to prepare, tasty and made from easily available ingredients are popular. This recipe fulfills everything perfectly, and can still make your taste buds dance.


  • 6 top halves of chicken thighs
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 6 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar (can also be apple cider vinegar or white vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  • Salt, pepper and sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder.
  • Heat the pan to a medium temperature, pour oil into it and add the seasoned chicken.
  • Fry on both sides so that the meat is golden and, above all, cooked.
  • When we have fried on both sides, we reduce the temperature to a lower level, cover the pan with a lid and let it continue to cook.
  • Turn the meat occasionally so that it cooks evenly.
  • Once the chicken is ready, set it aside under foil so it doesn’t get cold.
  • Add peeled and sliced fresh garlic to the pan and fry for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
  • Add honey, water, wine vinegar, soy sauce and cook for about 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve with a side dish, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.
  • Vegetables, rice, pasta or salad are great as a side dish.

Garlic chicken

Quick, easy and delicious. This chicken meat will delight you with its juiciness and excellent taste, without taking who knows how much time to prepare it.


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 – 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless skinless thighs


  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic cloves.
  • Fry for about 2 minutes so that the garlic starts to smell nice. Then transfer the oil and garlic to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Put seasoned breadcrumbs with parmesan in another bowl and mix.
  • We dip the chicken thighs on both sides in a mixture of olive oil and garlic and then coat them in breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese.
  • Place the chicken prepared in this way in a baking dish or baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Then just remove and serve. Mashed potatoes are a good side dish.

For the chicken:

  • 600g boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 500 g of asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon parsley


  • Put the chicken in a bowl, add salt, onion and garlic powder, pepper and mix thoroughly so that the spices get on every piece of meat.
  • Melt 1/4 cup of butter and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the chicken and fry until golden brown on all sides. However, we have to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t overcook.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and Italian seasoning and let it cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the pan, add the second teaspoon of minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, so that all the residues come off the pan.
  • Add the other 1/4 of the butter, lemon juice, sriracha sauce and parsley.
  • Add the asparagus and cook until it softens. Return the chicken and stir for about a minute to reheat.
  • Once we are done, we can serve. Garnish the chicken with asparagus with parsley and lemon slices.
One Pot Garlic Butter Chicken Breasts

Roasted garlic noodles with chicken

Asian dishes are very popular, and when we manage to prepare them at home, they taste twice as good.

This recipe is simple, quick and very good. Other delicacies are also interesting. The chicken curry recipes are excellent.



  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger (about 2 cm)
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 3 – 4 cloves of garlic

Garlic Noodles:

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 600 g of boneless chicken thighs
  • 250 g of brown mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander


  • Cut the thighs into cubes, the mushrooms into slices and the pepper into fine cubes.
  • Clean the carrot and grate it on a coarser grater.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic. Let’s put it aside for now.
  • Boil a pot of water, which we salt and bring to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in it according to the instructions on the package.
  • Heat the oil in a pan (ideally if we have a wok) and throw in the chopped chicken.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of the soy sauce mixture and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, using a slotted ladle, transfer the chicken to a clean bowl and cover.
  • Add mushrooms, peppers, carrots and peas to the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes and do not forget to stir constantly.
  • Finally, stir in the cooked spaghetti, chicken and the rest of the soy mixture. Mix and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately garnished with cilantro.

Roast thighs

Garlic chicken is a good choice for both lunch and dinner. The advantage is quick preparation and great taste.


For the chicken:

  • 700 g of boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 250 g of brown mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary


  • Trim the excess fat from the chicken thighs and dry them with paper kitchen towels.
  • Mix onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and coat individual pieces of chicken in the mixture.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the meat and fry until golden brown on both sides. About 6-8 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the breasts prepared in this way to a plate, wrap in foil and set aside.
  • Put the butter in the pan, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary and fry for about 1 minute, until the spices start to smell.
  • Return the chicken to the pan and season with pepper and salt as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Chicken with lemon and garlic

Poultry that is baked whole is always a guarantee of a great lunch, and if we also make dumplings with cabbage, for example, then it is a real godsend.


  • 1 whole chicken (weight approx. 2,000 – 2,500 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • 4 chemically untreated lemons
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g of melted butter
  • 225 g of bacon
  • 240 ml of white wine
  • 120 ml of chicken stock


  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, clean the chicken of offal and rinse thoroughly from all sides and inside.
  • Place rinsed thyme, washed lemon and 2 halved sticks of garlic in the cavity.
  • Brush the surface of the chicken with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Use a string to tie the thighs together and insert the wings under the chicken with the tips.
  • Cut the lemons into quarters and spread them around the chicken in the roasting pan.
  • Then place the bacon over the chicken and place the roasting pan in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 1 hour, then remove the bacon and bake for another 30 minutes.
  • Once the juices have evaporated, transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Remove the excess fat from the roasting pan so that only 2-3 tablespoons remain and add the wine and chicken stock.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes so that at least half of it evaporates.
  • Cut the chicken and spread it on plates. Garnish the meat with bacon, roasted garlic and thyme, add a piece of lemon and drizzle with sauce.
  • Mashed potatoes are perfect as a side dish.
