Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan and add the peeled and pressed garlic.
- Fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- As soon as the garlic turns brown, add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and mix.
- Sprinkle with flour and mix quickly until a thick paste is formed.
- Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream and beat.

Method:
- Remove the garlic cloves from the skin, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the mashed garlic, cream and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the grated cheese and pepper and let it melt while stirring constantly.
- Mix the sour cream with the flour and pour it into the pot.
