- Rub the softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks.
- Add the cottage cheese and mix.
- Sprinkle flour mixed with baking powder.
- Carefully stir in the whipped snow
- Bake in a heated oven at 180 ºC for 40-50 minutes.

A real cup cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 and a half cups of semi-coarse flour
- 1 baking powder
METHOD
- Rub the softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks.
- Add flour sifted and mixed with baking powder.

- a cup of 33% cream
- 250 g of sugar
- 300 g plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 baking powder
METHOD
- Pour cream into a bowl, add egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar and flour with baking powder to the dough.
- We beat, finally add snow.
- Bake the cake at 180º C for about 30 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Nut cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup of milk

- 1 baking powder

Prepare a delicious dessert for your afternoon coffee. The preparation is simple and you can entrust it to anyone without fear.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs

METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Mix all the loose ingredients in a bowl (except cocoa).

If we stay in Bohemia and Moravia, we will find that there are countless recipes for bábovka – from decades old classics with a larger number of eggs, butter and sugar to today’s lighter bábovka, where the fat is replaced by cottage cheese or yogurt , the volume of sugar used is reduced and fruit or other ingredients are added.

Even though the recipe sometimes describes the preparation from whole eggs, it is always better to separate the yolks with sugar and fat , add milk or another liquid and beat the egg whites to a white, which is added alternately together with the flour that we begged with the baking powder by turning it lightly into the dough so as not to disturb the structure obtained by whipping.
Even before the snow, we add selected ingredients: nuts, raisins, fruit, a cocoa cake with grated or broken chocolate is excellent.
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes to 1 hour – it depends on the size of the mold.
We can find out if the cake is sufficiently cooked by inserting a wooden skewer in the middle. If the skewer is dry, the cake is baked, if there is still some dough left on it, continue baking.
If the cake is already too dark on top , cover the surface with aluminum foil . It is best to turn the baked cake onto a wire rack so that it does not get wet from below.
