This Granola Chocolate Bark is packed with nuts, dried fruit, and clumps of Cocoa and Vanilla Granola. Each bite is an explosion of textures and flavors! Easy to swap out and use any Grab 'n' Go Nut mix or Do You Bake Grab 'n' Go VIVE! Granola mix. Fabulous sweet treat for any occasion!  Crispy, Crunchy, Sweet, Salty and chewy in every bite! YUMM! 

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 2 minutes
  • Yield : 16 - 20 pieces

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high at 30 second intervals for approximately 1.5 to 2minutes in total. After each 30 second interval, carefully remove bowl from microwave and stir chocolate well. Continue to heat chocolate at 30 second intervals and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Be careful not to over heat chocolate.
  2. Scrape chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread it in a 1/2 inch thick layer.  Sprinkle VIVE! Cocoa and Vanilla Granola on top and press the granola lightly onto the chocolate.
  3. Let the chocolate bark cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Refrigerate and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
