Greek Pasta Salad

Tangy feta and crunchy vegetables give extra body from your pasta of choice in this classic Greek-inspired cold pasta salad. Easy to make, best served chilled for a couple hours to allow the delicious Greek flavors to combine.  Fresh and Summery!

  • Prep Time : 20 minutes
  • Yield : 3 1/2 cups of Salad

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to your package directions to an al dente (firm with a slight bite). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, Do You Bake? It's all GREEK to Me Seasoning Blend, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set Aside
  3. Combine the Pasta, vegetables and olives. Pour Vinaigrette (to taste) over the pasta and mix together. Carefully fold in your feta cheese.
  4. Cover and Chill for 2 -3  hours before serving
