More tips for seasoning grilled zucchini

  • Balsamic: Marinate zucchini in olive oil, pressed garlic, balsamic vinegar and thyme for 30 minutes. Finish on the grill and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar before serving.
  • Garlic and herbs: Zucchini goes well with garlic and fresh herbs. Since garlic can burn on the grill, feel free to use garlic powder.
  • Parmesan: Grill zucchini with olives, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with fresh Parmesan and a drizzle of lemon juice just before serving.
  • Cajun Seasoning: For something spicy, toss zucchini with olive oil and Cajun seasoning before adding to the grill.
  • Garlic Butter: Simply chop the garlic and melt it with the butter in a saucepan or microwave. Drizzle the garlic butter over the zucchini when you remove it from the grill.
  • Lemon and herbs: Mix olive oil, lemon juice and your favorite chopped fresh herbs. Drizzle the mixture over the zucchini just before serving.
  • Steak Seasoning: Before placing the zucchini on the grill, sprinkle it with steak seasoning.
  • Lemon pepper: After grilling zucchini, sprinkle with lemon pepper.
