About barley hail

While our grandmothers used barley groats quite normally like we use rice, for example, today you will find many people who do not know them at all.

Barley groats are rightly classified as healthy foods and, unlike other cereals, have a lower proportion of gluten.

It has a preventive effect against cardiovascular diseases, stomach and intestinal problems. They also reduce the level of cholesterol and lipids in the blood and are very effective against constipation.

Barley groats contain a large amount of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins B and E, potassium, calcium, iron and selenium, a substance that has proven itself in the fight against tumors.
