- 10 dkg of butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 spoons of honey
- 4 spoons of ground nuts

- 1 tablespoon of gingerbread spice
Method
- Make a dough from the listed ingredients and roll it out immediately.
- We cut out any shapes and place them on a greased and sprinkled baking sheet or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Try this recipe for honey gingerbread jam-glued. Instead of jam, you can use any cream, marmalade or even chocolate.
Ingredients
- 120g of butter
- 100g of molasses
- 100g of honey
- 75g cane sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 450g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 spoons of gingerbread spice
- Jam or marmalade
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Heat the butter, molasses, honey and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, turn off the heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Then add the egg yolks, vanilla extract and milk to the mixture.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Work the dough with your hands and divide into two parts. Wrap each of them in cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

- Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
